Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field and at least 2 years of software development experience or 6 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail and creative technical solutions.
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile environments.
• Ability to translate WaaS strategy to design and development decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level analysis and implementation of innovative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions for multiple platforms.
• Guide engineers in design, development, testing, debugging and adoption of emerging tech.
• Gather information, research root causes, define problems, and verify solutions with data.
• Mentor and problem-solve with other tech areas during solution development and deployment.
• Use data and cost measures to influence timely decisions and deliver objectives.
• Build relationships with Wellmark leaders as a technical consultant on enhancements.
• Participate in project proposals, estimates and proofs-of-concept as needed.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices and participate in knowledge groups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
