Job summary

Legora is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build, review and ship products that empower legal professionals worldwide. You’ll own features across the tech stack with autonomy and clear ownership.

You’ll work with React, Node.js, AWS, Azure and Kubernetes, mentor juniors, and push for high standards, speed, and scalable design.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience building great products with cutting-edge technologies.
• Experience spanning the full tech stack, with focus on backend development.
• Autonomy and pride in the code you write.
• Strong problem solving and system thinking.
• Experience in infrastructure and integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement features end-to-end for the web platform.
• Take ownership of the codebase, balancing quality, security and speed.

The role

As a Senior Software Engineer at Legora you will build, review and ship amazing products helping legal professionals all over the world in their day-to-day job. You’ll get the chance to work across the entire tech stack with clear ownership and autonomy.

What you will be doing:

• Architect and implement features end-to-end for our web platform




• Take ownership of our codebase, balancing high-quality code, security and speed of development




• Work with technologies such as React, Node.js, AWS, Azure and Kubernetes




• Review code and mentor junior colleagues to support them in their development, making the team even better!

Who you are

• A passionate engineer with a several years of experience building great products using cutting-edge technologies




• You feel comfortable working across the entire tech stack, with focus on backend development




• You’re autonomous and take pride in the code you write




• You’re a problem solver who’s not afraid to come up with creative solutions and think holistically about software architecture




• Experience in infrastructure and integrations are a big plus
