Job summary

Citizens Financial Group, Inc. in Plano, Texas is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the definition, design, development, testing and deployment of software applications supporting digital banking operations.

You will work across backend microservices and frontend SPA, using Java, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Unix and Perl, with Git/Jenkins for code maintenance and deployment. Remote work permitted 1 day per week; on-site at 5908 Headquarters Drive, Plano.

Qualifications

• Experience developing IT systems to support banking operations using Java, .Net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Unix and PERL scripts.
• Experience with data migration and decommissioning legacy enterprise applications.
• Ability to develop custom reporting solutions and ETL processes.
• Backend development with microservices and frontend with SOA technologies; Git/SVN and Jenkins for deployment; familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, design, development, testing and implementation of software solutions for digital banking operations (BPM).
• Provide technical expertise across infrastructure, integration, performance, cloud, and best practices.
• Create/edit and deploy workflow solutions using PAAS and Open source Flowable; deploy on the Platform.
• Develop and manage customer reporting solutions and securitization platform functionality.
• Perform ETL and develop backend microservices with SPA frontend; maintain code with Git/Jenkins.
