Job summary

SteerBridge is seeking Software Engineers to support a pivotal F-35 modernization program focused on security, reliability, and operational efficiency. You will contribute across the stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring deep React/TypeScript experience, strong backend skills with Node.js, and a track record of delivering scalable solutions in Agile settings. U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiar with PERN/MERN stack and cloud resources (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Groom product backlog and ensure clear sprint goals.
• Facilitate team communication and understanding across the Scrum/Kanban process.
• Plan iterations to maximize value and identify impediments.
• Guide junior teammates toward clean, maintainable, and declarative code.
