Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, SE, or related STEM field.
• 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience developing secure, scalable full‑stack applications.
• Experience with Java and Linux/Unix.
• Containerization, cloud tech, CI/CD pipelines or modern Java frameworks a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable full‑stack software solutions.
• Build enterprise integrations, APIs, and database‑driven apps.
• Collaborate with Air Force stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical solutions.
• Design system architecture and contribute to roadmaps.
• Develop clean, well‑tested code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor teammates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, integration, and performance issues.
• Support secure software development and DevSecOps throughout lifecycle.
• Contribute to shared libraries, tools, and engineering processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend new tools.
