Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a software engineer to design and deliver robust software solutions using Angular on the front end and Java/Spring Boot on the backend. You will write, test, and deploy code, shape front-end architecture, and ensure accessibility, performance, and security across user experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable microservices and APIs, maintain data integrity, and prepare technical documentation while supporting customer-focused solutions

Qualifications

• University degree typically required for roles at this level.
• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Experience with front-end engineering using Angular.
• Experience shaping front-end architecture and building reusable components.
• Knowledge of accessibility, performance, and design standards.
• Experience implementing secure, performant user experiences.
• Experience managing state and API consumption.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable microservices and APIs.
• Knowledge of API contracts, versioning, and reliability patterns.
• Knowledge of data integrity, security, performance, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, including military service.
