Job summary

Omada Health is a virtual-first healthcare and technology company seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our agentic systems team. You will help power AI Transformation across Engineering, Product, and Design, building testing tools and automated infrastructure that scale with our platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design, implement, and monitor AI-powered quality workflows, ensure PHI/PII safety, and mentor teammates in writing robust, reliable code.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or SDET roles.
• Hands-on with agentic model harnesses and automated test orchestration.
• Experience building and maintaining automated tests and GitLab CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with Playwright, Appium, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, and secure handling of PHI/PII.

Responsibilities

• Design and build software testing tools integrated with engineers’ environments (e.g., Claude, VS Code, GitLab, Datadog, internal docs, Slack chatops).
• Build and maintain automated test infrastructure for mobile, web, and backend teams.
• Define AI-augmented testing patterns and quality gates in our release management system.
• Instrument AI usage and cost to inform leadership about impact and maturity.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure AI workflows handle PHI safely.
• Create reusable examples, templates, and internal libraries for teams.
