Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is hiring in San Francisco for a role that owns major product modules end to end, spanning AI agents, app building, and headless SaaS capabilities. You will shape requirements with leadership and design intuitive experiences for business users.

You will work across architecture, data modeling, and API design, delivering production-ready features and core SaaS capabilities with a strong emphasis on scalability and AI tooling. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering with growth into senior/staff scope.
• Strong frontend skills with TypeScript/React and production DBs (Postgres/Redis/ClickHouse).
• Evidence of owning and shipping a complete product module.
• Production experience with Temporal or comparable durable workflow system.
• Experience managing infrastructure as code (CDK/Terraform) and orchestrating server/container fleets (Kubernetes/Docker on AWS).
• Strong production DB skills: schema design, scaling, performance tuning.
• Daily use of AI coding tools and ability to explain workflow.
• At least 1 year at a fast-growing startup or relevant founder experience.
• Experience building infrastructure for AI agents or ML workloads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own major product modules end to end from goals to launch and refinement.
• Build user-facing products across AI agents, app building, mobile experiences, and headless SaaS features.
• Partner with leadership to define requirements for technical and non-technical users.
• Design straightforward experiences to help users manage critical business systems.
• Lead features through design, architecture, data modeling, API design, production launch, and iteration.
• Build core SaaS capabilities including billing, entitlements, analytics, experimentation, and notifications.
• Use AI coding tools daily to move quickly.
