Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a versatile product engineer to own end-to-end development for a VC-backed program pipeline, events, and internal tools. You will design, build, and ship full-stack solutions that optimize complex workflows for internal teams and founders.

You will contribute to AI features, semantic search, and data pipelines while collaborating with business and operations to improve processes. Expect a fast-moving, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• 1–12 years of experience building and shipping full-stack products.
• Experience owning product development end to end, including understanding problems, designing user interfaces, and deploying production software.
• Strong frontend and backend skills, with experience building polished UIs and reliable systems.
• Experience with Rails, React, PostgreSQL or comparable technologies, and familiarity with Python, LLMs, semantic search, and embeddings.
• Recent experience building AI projects or shipping AI-enabled product features.
• Startup or early-stage company experience, with the autonomy to work through ambiguous problems.
• Experience with internal tools, workflow systems, or application and CRM-style software is valuable.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, demonstrated through education or exceptional projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack applications for application workflows, events, and internal tools.
• Develop event features for registration, coordination, and media handling.
• Integrate tools such as calendars, messaging, email, and data pipelines.
• Build AI and search capabilities, including semantic search, embeddings, and natural-language interfaces.
• Automate scheduling, notifications, application routing, interview coordination, and email triage.
• Create dashboards and analytics to monitor pipeline health and operational metrics.
• Work with business and operations teams to understand processes and improve them through software.
• Make product, interface, and engineering decisions, and ship solutions in a fast-moving environment.
