TRM Labs is seeking a senior engineer with genuine product sense to join the Intel team at the intersection of intelligence analysts, back-end systems, and AI.

You will embed with analysts, design and ship AI-powered internal applications, APIs, and data stores, and own projects end-to-end—from scoping to delivery and iteration—while building scalable systems used daily by investigators. We value ownership, strong communication, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into durable products.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of full‑stack software engineering for scalable web apps.
• Strong product sense to ship durable, high‑impact solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript with back‑end focus.
• Experience with Postgres/pgvector, Pinecone, Redis and API design.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with intel analysts to translate goals into technical solutions.
• Identify leverage opportunities to improve intelligence collection and productize work.
• Design, build, and own AI-powered internal applications end-to-end.
• Develop agentic solutions using state‑of‑the‑art models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
• Own projects from design to delivery and iteration.
• Build reliable, scalable systems analysts depend on.
