Faro Health Inc. is hiring a senior software engineer to lead end-to-end feature development in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. You will shape architecture for scalable SaaS services, promote best practices, and mentor peers while advancing AI-enabled capabilities across the platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, own the delivery of high-impact features, and ensure exceptional user experiences for researchers and clinicians leveraging our AI-powered clinical trial software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering highly scalable, distributed SaaS products
• Strong understanding of microservice architectures and RESTful services
• Experience with TypeScript and Python
• Proficiency in React, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Docker
• Experience with AI/LLM integration or clinical trials domain is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related discipline required

Responsibilities

• Own feature delivery from ideation to release.
• Hands-on contribution to architecture and development of high-complexity features.
• Champion engineering best practices for quality, performance, and scalability.
• Explore new technologies to continuously improve platform functionality.
