Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features or systems, not just using AI tools.
• Move fast and iterate with real work rather than perfecting plans.
• Strong analytical instincts for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Entrepreneurial ownership mindset and collaborative by default.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship AI-powered features for agentic tools.
• Build and maintain large-scale systems processing payments for 120,000+ businesses.
• Use AI to architect, debug, write, and review code.
• Own end-to-end delivery from design through production with accountability.
• Build platform infrastructure to enable faster product teams.
• Challenge current approaches and advocate for better architectures.
