Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build IAM capabilities across the Ping platform, spanning infrastructure, databases, and UI. The role emphasizes applying AI tooling to accelerate research, prototyping, and delivery while maintaining strong engineering judgment.

You will collaborate with product management, UX, and engineering teams to refine features and deliver elegant, scalable solutions for customers in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating production services.
• Experience building distributed systems or platform capabilities.
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IAM capabilities across the Ping platform from infra to UI.
• Design and implement APIs, models, workflows, and services.
• Research and prototype solutions with senior technical leaders and product teams.
• Collaborate with PM, UX, and engineering to refine features for scalable outcomes.
• Participate in design, coding, testing, rollout, and production support.
