NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Growth to join our AI Growth team and help build backend services and data pipelines that enable customers to understand, adopt, and realize value from AI across our platform.

You’ll design and maintain production-grade systems, collaborate with Product, AI, BI, Finance, and Platform Engineering, and drive scalable architectures using AWS services and modern patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
• Strong experience building distributed backend services using C# or a comparable backend language.
• Experience with AWS or Azure and modern cloud-native backend architecture patterns.
• Experience building or maintaining data pipelines, event-driven systems, or analytics infrastructure.
• Experience designing and operating reliable production services.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, product, data, or other technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Responsabilités

• Design and build production-grade backend services supporting AI usage metering, reporting, billing integrations, and model availability.
• Design and develop data pipelines and event-driven systems that process usage and product data at scale.
• Build cloud-native services using C#, AWS, and modern backend patterns.
• Develop integrations across AI, product, data, billing, and platform systems.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to improve engineering quality.
