Job summary

NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Growth to join our AI Growth team and help build the systems that enable customers to understand, adopt, and realize value from AI across our platform. You’ll build and maintain backend services and data pipelines that power AI usage metering, reporting, billing integrations, and model availability.

You will collaborate with Product, AI, Business Intelligence, Finance, and Platform Engineering to solve complex technical and data challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
• Strong experience building distributed backend services using C# or a comparable backend language.
• Experience with AWS or Azure and modern cloud-native backend architecture patterns.
• Experience building or maintaining data pipelines, event-driven systems, or analytics infrastructure.
• Experience designing and operating reliable production services.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, product, data, or other technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-grade backend services that support AI usage metering, reporting, billing integrations, and model availability.
• Design and develop data pipelines and event-driven systems that reliably process usage and product data at scale.
• Build cloud-native services using C#, AWS, and modern backend architecture patterns.
• Develop integrations across AI, product, data, billing, and platform systems.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and actively participate in code reviews to improve engineering quality across the team.
