Job summary

conserviceinternal is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Utah to develop medium to large web apps, RESTful services, and internal tools using C# and JavaScript on the Microsoft stack. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to understand requirements, estimate work, and deliver high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes mentoring other engineers, improving processes, and adopting AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while following best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing web applications and RESTful APIs in C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft MVC.
• Experience with modern software design patterns, debugging and refactoring.
• Mentoring or guiding other engineers to grow their skills.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular (React preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop medium to large websites, console apps, and RESTful APIs using the Microsoft stack with C# and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with Web Developers, Tech Leads, Project Managers, and Strategists to capture requirements and estimate work.
• Mentor teammates through pairing, design discussions, and code reviews to raise skills.
• Build and maintain internal tools to streamline development and productivity.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to speed up delivery and promote responsible usage.
• Deploy code to Azure and align with coding best practices.
