Job summary

Conservice Careers is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build medium to large-scale websites, RESTful APIs, and internal tools using C# and JavaScript on the Microsoft stack. You will collaborate with an agile team, mentor peers, and help improve development processes across Azure-based environments.

The role requires 5+ years of web app and API experience, strong UI debugging skills, and familiarity with SQL databases and CI/CD practices. Remote-friendly in a fast-paced utility tech context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing web applications and RESTful APIs in C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft MVC.
• 5+ years of experience with modern software design patterns, debugging and refactoring.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other engineers to grow their skills.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React preferred) and responsive UI troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop medium to large websites, console apps, and RESTful APIs using C# and JavaScript on the Microsoft stack.
• Collaborate in an Agile team with Web Developers, Tech Leads, Project Managers, and Strategists.
• Mentor and coach other developers through pairing, design discussions, and code reviews.
• Build and maintain internal tools to streamline development and increase productivity.
• Deploy software to Azure and collaborate on dev practices and CI/CD workflows.
