Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer in .NET and Angular.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or adjacent field.
• Experience with AI tooling and AI-assisted development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust, scalable web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Angular.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and mentoring junior developers.
• Own end-to-end software delivery from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers to deliver features on time.
• Optimize performance and scale of frontend and backend components.
• Lead technical design discussions and document architectural decisions.
• Champion AI-assisted coding practices and establish guardrails for the team.
