You will act as a technical anchor ensuring high delivery velocity and mentoring engineers on best practices.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in building production-grade web applications and utilizing AI technologies. The position includes competitive compensation and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 1+ years of experience building applications utilizing LLMs.
• Experience with secure coding practices and API authentication.
• Experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs and message brokers.
• Comfortable deploying and monitoring applications in AWS.

Responsibilities

• Build direct business integrations by translating manual tasks into automated AI pipelines.
• Orchestrate advanced application-level AI patterns.
• Utilize Tier 1 AI Platform APIs for integrations.
• Ensure all departmental integrations adhere to data security standards.
• Review code submissions and establish testing frameworks.
• Mentor engineers within the team.
• Design, monitor, and improve operational metrics.
