Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Rails APIs, background jobs, data models, caching layers, and performance optimizations.
• Develop React web and React Native mobile features with accessibility, state management, and speed.
• Own end‑to‑end mobile feature work — from feature flagging to app store releases.
• Influence architecture and data modeling decisions; advocate for reliable, observable, maintainable solutions.
• Uphold code integrity through testing, code reviews, refactoring, monitoring, and documentation.
• Improve platform stability and performance proactively — indexing, caching, job throughput, UX wins.
