Job summary

QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey is seeking a senior software engineer to lead end-to-end AI-enabled software solutions across industries. You will own architectural direction, design scalable systems, and mentor engineers while delivering client-ready production code.

You'll work hands-on across full stack, evaluate frameworks, shape cloud design, and ensure robust security and reliability in distributed architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications.
• Strong expertise in at least two frontend or backend frameworks.
• Design complex, secure APIs — REST and GraphQL — with scalability.
• Proficiency across two cloud providers; IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience architecting AI systems with evaluation frameworks.
• Security‑first mindset and secure development practices.
• Experience leading cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Excellent English communication.
