Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to tackle complex problems.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
• Uses enterprise-approved AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity with peer review and secure coding practices.
• Applies SDLC tools including AI-assisted development and automation to increase value.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met by code.
• Gathers and analyzes data, builds visualizations and reporting for continuous improvement of software.
• Proactively identifies hidden data patterns to drive improvements in coding hygiene and architecture.
