Job summary

Novara is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop the Flex platform, delivering modern web-based software in a full-stack capacity. You will write and maintain high-quality code enabling clients to collect, evaluate, and implement safety and training information in real-time.

The role requires proficiency in Node.js, Typescript/Javascript, and modern web frameworks (Vue/React), with AI-driven development practices and strong design skills.

Qualifications

• Senior-level software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Typescript/Javascript.
• Experience with Vue or React.
• Ability to operate in an AI-first development environment with prompt engineering and AI-driven workflows.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration in an agile team.
