Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of agile software development methodology experience.
• Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core components of the agent safety platform, including policy authoring, policy management, policy audit and agent simulation.
• Deliver agent safety experience in products where customers create agents today (e.g., Kiro, Quick, other agentic platforms).
• Develop and operate the area.
• Mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical design reviews, and raise the bar on engineering practices across the team.
