Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with modern programming languages and cloud-based distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Utilize cutting edge AI tooling to accelerate development and enhance platform features.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and align with product vision.
• Write clean, efficient code following industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.
• Deliver and document technical solutions meeting customer expectations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and automated tests.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple service contexts.
• Collaborate with support teams to triage and resolve production issues.
• Engage in product discovery with customers to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Establish KPIs to drive continuous improvement and growth.
• Mentor and coach engineers, supporting their growth and development.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to diverse audiences.
