• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders from discovery to production.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack software applications and services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and stakeholders to clarify problems and deliver valuable outcomes.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and observability.
• Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design decisions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to software engineers.
• Document code, designs, and engineering processes.
