Job summary

KBX Logistics, a Koch company and global leader in transportation, seeks an AI Enablement & Solutions Lead to solve meaningful business problems by combining people, process, data, technology, and AI. You will partner with business and technology teams to understand work, define the real problem, and turn validated ideas into adopted capabilities.

You will collaborate with product owners, data analysts, engineers, and governance teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions, and develop enablement

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with business and technology teams to solve business problems and define requirements.
• Experience facilitating discovery and documenting business processes to translate needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience developing enablement, change management, or adoption plans for new processes, tools, or technologies.
• Experience using data, analytics, automation, AI tools to improve processes and outcomes.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to identify opportunities, define problems, elicit requirements, and align options to goals.
• Analyze current-state processes, data sources, and constraints to determine best approach (people/process/data/tech/AI).
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI-enabled opportunities (generative AI, automation, analytics, knowledge solutions).
• Design and support proofs of concept to test feasibility, data readiness, usability, and value.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Develop enablement and adoption strategies with GenAI champions and leads for user trust and usage.
• Monitor adoption, performance, risks, and value to guide refinement and expansion.
