Octane Lending is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the evolution of our core products for dealer and lending services. You will join a full stack team and help craft scalable, reliable systems used by dealers across the country.

Working with Python, Django, React, and PostgreSQL, you’ll build high-performance features and mentor junior engineers. You will drive code quality and partner with product across teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering high-impact software at scale.
• Deep proficiency in at least one high-level language (Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript).
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions for complex business problems.
• Thrives in high-trust, cross-functional environments with a teamwork mindset.
• Proven track record taking full accountability for project outcomes.
