Job summary

Conventus Holdings Corporation seeks a Sr. Associate, Software Engineer to build scalable APIs, data pipelines, and full‑stack cloud‑native apps powering our lending platform. A key focus is generative AI initiatives, including LLM-powered workflows and agentic AI for underwriting, servicing, and customer experiences.

Responsibilities include full‑stack development, cloud infrastructure on AWS, AI/ML collaboration, CI/CD. You will mentor juniors in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of direct applied AI experience independently owning an AI agent, LLM-powered workflow or intelligent automation end-to-end
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and RESTful API design; exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, or CodePipeline.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered development, including prompt engineering, working with LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic API), or building RAG pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack development of backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
• Leverage AWS services to deploy secure, scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Prototype and ship features powered by Claude (Anthropic) and other LLMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI/ML initiatives.
