Job summary

Develop Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build the software that connects a prescription to treatment. You will ship full-stack features using Python services, TypeScript, and React interfaces, and you will embed AI-powered workflows within production healthcare software.

You will own end-to-end product outcomes, collaborate with Product, AI, and Operations teams, and shape architecture and data models as the company scales, while delivering reliable, user-friendly experiences for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production full-stack experience building software used by real users.
• Proficient in Python and a modern typed frontend stack (TypeScript/React).
• Experience owning end-to-end product outcomes and collaborating with product/ops teams.

Responsibilities

• Define meaningful problems with users and stakeholders and deliver smallest useful solutions.
• Ship full-stack features across backend, UI, data models, and integrations.
• Integrate AI capabilities with reliable fallbacks for production healthcare software.
• Build testing, observability, and rollout safety into product work.
