Counterpart Health, a Clover Health subsidiary, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build the Counterpart Assistant and related tools for primary care clinicians. You will work with operators, clinicians, and product managers to deliver AI-enabled, scalable software that improves patient outcomes and reduces costs.

You’ll own end-to-end development, advocate for AI in our solutions, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, impactful software in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software experience and proficiency in one or more common languages.
• Familiarity with databases and web frontend technology.
• Experience building AI-enabled features and agents.
• Ability to design scalable distributed systems.
