AHEAD in Chicago is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build Hatch, our flagship platform. You will own meaningful problems end to end, designing and shipping full-stack solutions with Elixir and Phoenix, and leveraging AI tooling to accelerate delivery.

We value product mindset, strong engineering judgment, and the ability to mentor others, with a stack-agnostic approach and emphasis on testing, CI, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping software, with a track record of owning significant work end to end.
• Strong engineering judgment and ability to distinguish solid solutions from shaky ones, including code an AI wrote.
