Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help stand up the Developer Experience & AI Velocity team. You will design and build AI-enabled development tools that bring code review, testing, generation, and documentation into scalable workflows across Wonder's engineering organization.

You will collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and application teams to reduce context fragmentation and deliver high-velocity tooling with cost awareness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on work with LLM-based tooling (agents, MCP servers, coding assistants).
Experience integrating AI tools into real development workflows beyond individual use.

Responsibilities

Design and ship AI-enabled developer tooling and workflows that scale across Wonder's engineering org.
Define standards for reviewing AI-generated code and automating pre-review/triage.
Partner with platform, infrastructure, and application teams to land tooling in production and optimize cost.
