Zusammenfassung

Wonder seeks a Principal Software Engineer to set the technical direction for AI-native developer tooling. You will define architectures for context aggregation, MCPs/CLIs, and sub-agents that access Wonder's codebases and systems, while guiding AI-assisted workflows like code generation, review, testing, and documentation.

You will bring external AI tooling patterns, drive standards across teams, shape playbooks for this new function, and mentor senior engineers in durable, auditable AI

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on work building with or on top of LLM-based tooling.
• Experience integrating AI tools into real development workflows at scale.
• Strong system design skills with end-to-end ownership across teams.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and shape new teams and playbooks.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs, webhooks, or other integration systems.
• Experience building developer tooling, internal platforms, or CI/CD systems.
• Experience with Java/JVM and/or Python is a plus.
