Job summary

Markono Group Pte Ltd's Moonshot Innovations team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute technical expertise and fresh thinking to strengthen our printing, warehousing and distribution capabilities.

You will design, build and operate scalable, secure applications and microservices, integrate with internal and third-party platforms, and accelerate delivery with AI-assisted tooling such as Claude Code, while ensuring reliability on AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years delivering and operating production software systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, C# or TypeScript / Node.js with modern front-end exposure.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS, containers, CI/CD, automated testing and observability.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools, preferably Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable, secure applications and microservices-based systems supporting printing, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and e-commerce workflows.
• Develop APIs and integrations with internal and third-party platforms.
• Use approved AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, to accelerate software delivery.
• Ensure code quality, security, performance and maintainability.
• Build automated tests and CI / CD pipelines.
• Deploy and support reliable services on AWS.
• Work with infrastructure teams on monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Lead technical design and code reviews; mentor engineers and promote best practices.
