Job summary

OrderMesh is building the next generation of distributed software for print-on-demand fulfillment. You’ll design, implement, and scale microservices in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with product teams from concept to production.

Expect to work with AI coding tools, modern data stacks, and Kubernetes deployments as part of daily development. You’ll contribute across backend and frontend, leverage event-driven patterns, and help ship features that impact real-world supply chains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with .NET/C#.
• Solid knowledge of Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, and Temporal.
• Experience building and operating microservices on Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of React.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience with MCP servers and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain services using .NET in a microservice architecture.
• Work with event-driven systems using Kafka and Temporal for orchestration.
• Build and optimize data layers using MongoDB and Redis.
• Deploy services in Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate directly with product teams from concept through to production release.
• Develop frontend using React when needed.
• Use AI development tools like Claude Code as part of daily development workflow.
• Work with MCP servers and agentic development workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of our platform.
