Travelers is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team as we grow and transform our technology landscape. You will lead end-to-end software engineering across multiple systems, defining the technical approach and driving strategic initiatives with senior leadership.

You will own integration with the e-signature platform (DocuSign) and contribute to modernization of compensation analytics, while mentoring engineers and delivering reliable, auditable applications.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related STEM field.
• Hands-on strength in Java or .NET, SQL, and AWS.

Responsabilidades

• Define the technical approach for the domain's applications, including design patterns, code-review standards, test and release practices.
• Lead end-to-end software engineering across multiple systems and technologies.
• Own the integration with the e-signature platform (DocuSign), including session management and performance under load.
• Modernize compensation analytics and support data feeds, exports and reconciliation.
• Strengthen testing and release practices through test automation and CI/CD.
