DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer to scale enterprise automation capabilities. You will design, build, and operate resilient automation solutions at the intersection of business, engineering, and AI, driving measurable outcomes with a balance of development and support work.

The role reports to a Principal Engineering Manager, with hybrid in-office/remote work. You will collaborate across business, product, and security teams while delivering scalable automation

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications in Agentic platforms (Langraph/Crew AI), Python, AI/ML, or cloud technologies.
• 8+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation technologies, with hands-on coding and application development.

Mansioni

• Define automation roadmaps and source use cases with cross-functional teams.
• Architect end-to-end automation across the SDLC from requirements to deployment.
• Review designs, estimates, and feasibility of solutions.
• Provide hands-on coding/technical support during US PDT hours.
• Maintain and evolve the automation platform roadmap with stakeholders.
• Oversee platform performance, maintenance, and reporting hubs.
• Set design principles, architecture standards, and coding best practices for AWS, UiPath, and related platforms.
• Set up monitoring and infrastructure for new capabilities.
• Ensure security, governance, and SOX compliance in automation solutions.
• Lead audits and adapt to regulatory requirements in automation programs.
• Explore hyperautomation technologies and lead POCs for new capabilities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations with visuals and presentations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and pursue certifications.
