Job summary

Revin is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build production systems behind our AI agents, handling SMS, voice, and email conversations for large home-services operators. You will work across a Python/FastAPI backend, a Next.js dashboard, and LangGraph workflows, partnering with product, design, and leadership to ship in production.

The role emphasizes ownership, multi-tenant architecture, and real-time collaboration with the voice team.

Qualifications

4–8 years of full‑stack production software experience.
Production LLM experience with customer-facing features.
Fluent in Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript (Next.js).

Responsibilities

Build LangGraph workflows for SMS and voice conversations.
Ship end-to-end features on Python/FastAPI and Next.js dashboard.
Work in multi-tenant Supabase/Postgres with account-scoped queries.
Develop eval frameworks to catch agent regressions.
Integrate with CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceTitan, LeadPerfection, AccuLynx).
Collaborate with voice team on real-time agent behavior (LiveKit/OpenAI Realtime).
Optimize omnichannel experience across SMS, voice, and email.
