NVIDIA in the United States seeks a Senior Software Engineer to help build NeMo Helix, NVIDIA’s product for developing, evaluating, deploying, and operating AI systems at scale. You will join the Core team that ships an open source plugin-based AI platform for running and optimizing Agents across compute backends.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to discuss architecture clearly.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native services, containers, Kubernetes, and job orchestration.

Responsabilités

• Design an Agentic Execution system adaptable to multiple environments (local, k8s, Slurm, on prem).
• Provide senior technical leadership through design/code reviews and mentoring.
• Build and maintain Core Platform APIs for jobs, data, entities, secrets, RBAC and Auth.
• Extend Plugin Architecture to support external customers and new capabilities.
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance across NeMo Helix and related workflows.
