Job summary

Pave is hiring an AI compensation analyst to lead the development of an autonomous AI system on top of a large proprietary dataset. You will shape the technical vision, collaborate with engineers and data scientists, and drive end-to-end product delivery from concept to market.

You will leverage strong expertise in LLMs, agentic architectures, and retrieval systems, owning high-impact initiatives with a founder mindset and sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building production AI systems.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, agentic architectures, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong product intuition and ability to identify customer problems that AI can uniquely solve.
• Founder mentality with ownership and urgency to bring AI products to market.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical vision and execution for end-to-end product delivery.

• This role will be working on Pave’s AI compensation analyst - an agentic system that sits on top of the world’s largest proprietary compensation dataset and Pave’s existing workflow engine
• Think: autonomous agents that can reason over structured compensation data and execute multi-step workflows (market pricing, cycle planning, attrition analysis) across Pave’s platform
• In this role, you’ll shape the technical vision and execution, working with a team of engineers and data scientists to build the product end-to-end and take it to market
