Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of our Affordable Housing segment, enabling you and your team to truly own the domain.
• Develop scalable, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems — leveraging existing tech or refactoring when needed.
• Help mentor and guide other software engineers.
• Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance.
• Work closely with QA, product owners, and designers in a high-performing, enabled team.
• Adopt agile practices and deliver thin slices of work with minimal WIP.
