Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing web-based applications.
• Extensive experience designing complex data models that fit into business and compliance requirements.
• Extensive experience developing web applications in agile SaaS environments.
• Proven experience driving architectural improvements for scalability, flexibility, or performance.
• Experience across all levels of the development stack.

Responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of mixed portfolio segments (affordable and student housing) to own foundations.
• Maintain ongoing business segments (Community Association, Commercial, NYC).
• Develop scalable, robust web-based solutions leveraging existing tech or rebuilding when needed.
• Mentor and guide other software engineers.
• Implement new features and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with QA, product owners, and designers in a high-performing team.
• Work in an agile fashion to deliver thin increments and limit WIP.
• Research and recommend new technologies and trends.
• Uphold engineering excellence with code reviews and best practices.
