Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing web applications in an Agile SaaS environment.
• Experience across all levels of the development stack.
• Strong familiarity with Ruby on Rails, React, MySQL, AWS, SOA.

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of the Affordable Housing domain to own the solution space.
• Develop scalable, robust web-based solutions and refactor or integrate as needed.
• Mentor other engineers and drive high-quality code with reviews and CI.
• Implement new features and optimize performance.
