ServiceTrade seeks a Senior Software Engineer, Accounting Integrations, to lead scalable integration work with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js. You’ll design robust REST APIs and event-driven AWS workflows, mentor engineers, and ensure reliability across high-volume financial integrations.

You will work across PostgreSQL and MongoDB backends, implement webhook strategies, and collaborate on AI-assisted development tools while solving complex, real-time data challenges for thousands of

Qualificações

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js; comfortable with mixed modern and legacy codebases.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure including Lambda, SQS, and Step Functions.
• Proficiency in designing robust REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth/token flows, and retry/idempotency handling.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB/DocumentDB; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Proactive problem-solving for high-performance, scalable, resilient systems.
• Experience using AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and a disciplined review process.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of scalable accounting integration codebases and related products.
• Diagnose and resolve critical issues; implement preventative measures for accuracy and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software engineering.
• Create comprehensive documentation for code and processes to enable teamwork and knowledge transfer.
• Manage daily workload across multiple priorities.
