Job summary

T-Rex Solutions is seeking a fully cleared Senior Software Engineer 3 to join the team at Ft. Meade, MD, supporting critical national security infrastructure. The role focuses on malware analysis modernization and the development of an enclave for containment and enrichment services.

The ideal candidate will lead software development, design complex algorithms, and guide teams through design, implementation and testing in a high-priority program for the Intelligence Community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and 12 years of related experience or 25 years of related experience without a degree.
• Active TS/SCI w/ FSP required within 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Design or implement complex algorithms requiring adherence to timing, resources, or interfaces; ensure quality control.
• Design, develop and modify software systems using analytical models to predict outcomes.
• Oversee one or more software development teams and ensure work aligns with process constraints.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment to meet specifications.
• Develop software solutions by analyzing performance standards, data usage, and workflows.
