Reflexive Concepts, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on designing, modifying, developing, and testing software as part of a team, and leading the technical design and integration testing of software systems.

The candidate will support system administrators with software installation and participate in testing, reviews, and certification, while documenting software. Strong emphasis on DoD standards and CMMI-DEV practices is required.

Competenze

• 11+ years of software development and maintenance experience.
• Formal training on SEI CMMI-DEV model or experience applying it.
• Formal training on DoD software testing/documentation standards or related experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph is required.

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team!

In this role you will:

• Design, modify, develop, write, implement, and test software and software applications individually or as a team member.
• Lead technical design of software systems as well as lead integration testing of software systems (primary role).
• Support System Administrators with the installation of software applications.
• Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software.
• Develop software documentation.
• Work with the system engineering team or software team lead to review and validate system requirements and to derive software requirements from system/subsystem requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Eleven (11) years experience in software development and maintenance, i.e., software requirements analysis, software design including object-oriented analysis and design, coding, testing, documentation, configuration management, user training, deployment, and life cycle maintenance. (Relevant degrees: Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Information Systems)
• Documented formal training on the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV) model, or documented experience working on projects that applied some portions of this model
• Documented formal training on DoD standards for software testing and documentation, or documented experience working on projects that applied these standards
• Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in malware analysis and mitigation techniques
• Strong understanding of the Windows and Linux operating system internals and APIs
• Knowledge of analyzing shellcode, packed and obfuscated code, and the associated algorithms
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Perl, etc.
• Experience in host and network analysis to identify and characterize anomalies and vulnerabilities in the platform
• Experience documenting findings in reports and briefings
• Security certifications: CISSP, C|EH, CREA, GPEN, GREM, OSCP, OSCE
• Experience in x86/x64 assembly and/or C, C++, software reverse engineering, kernel debugging, and/or protocol stacks
• Experience developing computer exploits
• Experience in Software Reverse Engineering with at least one of the following tools or an equivalent: IDA Pro, GDB, WinDbg, Immunity/OllyDbg
