Qualifications

• Seven years' experience as a Software Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; 4 years substitution allowed.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
• Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Experience designing and coding new software or modifying existing software to add new features.
• Experience debugging existing software and correcting defects.
• Experience integrating existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
• Experience developing or implementing algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards.
• Experience designing or implementing complex database or data repository interfaces/queries.
• Experience writing or reviewing software and system documentation.
• Experience serving as team lead at the level appropriate to the software development process being used on a project.

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer I to join our team!

Specifically, the Software Engineer will analyze requirements, design, code, debug and integrate mission software, investigating problem areas alongside users and system engineers to keep systems meeting performance and functional standards.

Qualifications:

• Seven (7) years' experience as a Software Engineer
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree

Required:

• Seven (7) years' experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
• Experience designing and coding new software or modifying existing software to add new features
• Experience debugging existing software and correcting defects
• Experience integrating existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
• Experience developing or implementing algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards
• Experience designing or implementing complex database or data repository interfaces/queries
• Experience writing or reviewing software and system documentation
• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph
