We value someone who can write code while guiding architectures, design scalable backend and full-stack systems, and mentor peers in a fast-growing FinTech environment. Expect ownership and impact with equity discussions.

Competenze

• CS degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Proven ability to ship 0→1 products into production.
• Experience in startup or high-growth tech environments.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and high ownership.
