Job summary

JeffreyM Consulting is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer for its New York City engineering team. You will design, build, and ship customer-facing features across the frontend and backend, and develop AI-powered capabilities to automate complex workflows.

You will join a small, collaborative team in a high-growth fintech/RegTech environment, with a $250,000 base salary plus 0.5–1% equity and onsite work five days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production web apps.
• Strong frontend and backend development experience for data-heavy enterprise workflows.
• Ability to own features end-to-end from concept to production.
• Willingness to work onsite in New York City five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship customer-facing features across frontend and backend.
• Build intuitive interfaces for data-heavy enterprise workflows.
• Develop AI-powered capabilities that automate manual processes.
